Revenge pornographer / blackmail artist James McGibney (who we don’t like) claims to be in fear for his life and he says that American Hero and Honorary Admin of the BV Files Thomas Retzlaff (who we do like) has been trying to murder McGibney and his family. So instead of trying to avoid trouble and avoid his family being murdered, McGibney decides to stalk and harass him and spends his days trying to dig up information on this man, which McGibney then uses to post defamatory statements about him and his family on websites owned and operated by James McGibney.
So we here at the BV Files ask you, our teeming MILLIONS of readers, listeners, and supporters, this question: Are these the actions of a reasonable man who is genuinely in fear for his life and the lives of his family? Or are these the actions of a crazy drug addicted stalker instead?
THIS ARTICLE CONTAINS A SPECIAL UPDATE OF NEWLY RECEIVED INFORMATION, TO INCLUDE A STATEMENT FROM THE TEXAS DEPT OF PUBLIC SAFETY.
To date, James (Jimmy the Piss Boy) McGibney has written 98 “articles” about Retzlaff on his Bullyville.com website. As our long time readers will recall, a continuing narrative on McGibney’s websites, and among the members of the McGibney Gang, is the repeated claim that Retzlaff surreptitiously took nude photographs and made sex videos with his daughter, Brittany Retzlaff, and then posted them online. CHECK IT OUT:
Over on the Bullyville website McGibney, as a part of his Murder Prevention Plan, posted the following claims about a supposed investigation into Retzlaff involving the above posting on McGibney’s own Cheaterville website:
Of course, are posting such lies more likely then not to result in the murders of James McGibney and his family? We don’t know. But, in our opinion, it would be a good thing.
Now as you all can clearly see, NONE of these photos were taken with a hidden camera. Brittany is clearly posing for them.
However, as stated in recent court papers, Retzlaff claimed that he was never contacted by the Texas Rangers with regards to this claimed investigation. So he did what anybody would do, which is to contact the Texas Department of Public Safety (which runs the Texas Rangers) and demand a copy of the full and complete report.
Some Random Person We’ve Never Heard Of Before was kind enough to email us the below document earlier this evening which ought to end once and for all McGibney’s claims of there being any kind of super secret investigations.
This matter was laid to rest many, many years ago and Thomas Retzlaff was never considered a suspect and was never once contacted by the Texas Rangers. The Rangers did a full and complete investigation and found ZERO EVIDENCE connecting Retzlaff to any sort of wrong doing whatsoever. CHECK IT OUT:
These records are provided to you at no cost as the matter has been closed as ‘Unfounded’ and no suspect was ever identified.
Wow! Just wow. So James McGibney is lying yet again. Is anyone surprised by this development?
Wanna see more stupid lies? Just check out this bit of nonsense that McGibney’s Texas attorney John Morgan filed!
This stuff was filed in the San Antonio lawsuit that was filed against Philip Klein, a Nederland, Texas, based private investigator who claims to have extra-sensory perception and the ability to find missing children and run-away boyfriends in Mexico via anonymous faxes sent in the middle of the night.
He is also a noted author of several books on the Amazon “best sellers” list (actually, it’s only ONE book, and it’s not even close to being a “best seller”). CHECK IT OUT:
One of our Close & Personal Friends of the BV Files had this to say about the book:
Other people said this:
And then we hear from the family of Mr. McDermott in a letter written to Amazon’s founder Jeff Bezos by the wife and mother of the child:
So recall that an $8 million lawsuit was filed against Philip Klein regarding Klein making up some FAKE court papers that got two people wrongfully arrested near San Antonio, Texas, not too long ago. That case is getting ready for trial. In the document below, Klein’s attorney (John Morgan – yes, that John Morgan, the convicted child abuser and man who is facing disbarment over making a series of FALSE police reports against his ex-wife) filed his Designation of Expert Witnesses with the trial court.
Many thanks to Some Random Person We’ve Never Heard Of Before, who lives in San Antonio, for going to the courthouse and getting these lovely documents.
Notice the claim by Morgan regarding the Aryan Brotherhood.
If any members of the Aryan Brotherhood are out there reading this, here is John Morgan’s home address so you can easily find him and take care of business! PLEASE HURRY!!
Apparently, Morgan totally failed to check with San Antonio attorney David Lopez before throwing him under the bus and putting his name in the middle of this lawsuit as shortly after filing this document Morgan had to file a retraction. CHECK IT OUT:
Wow – what a dumb ass.
