John S. Morgan

John S. Morgan

In a surprising, but not so surprising, move, the State Bar of Louisiana has announced that it is conducting a disbarment investigation against Beaumont, Texas, attorney John S. Morgan, regarding allegations of drug abuse, mental illness, theft of monies from a Client Trust Fund Account, having criminal convictions (and concealing them from the State Bar), and being an all-around dumb ass – seriously.

And in related news, we want to know why Rosendin Electric, Inc. of San Jose, CA, hired an employee who publicly claims to have access to child porn and to have shared internet links to child porn websites with his “hard hittin’ crew” (i.e. friends).  This child porn accessing employee, James McGibney (who we don’t like), is the Director of IT Infrastructure at Rosendin Electric.

McGibney admits to child porn

BV is a pedo #1

Many people, including this person above, seem to think that James McGibney is a Pedophile.  We tend to agree.  After all, because McGibney is not a law enforcement officer, he has no legal right to view child porn, look at naked children, or pass around links to websites that have pictures of naked children to his friends.  People who view naked children are pedophiles, aren’t they?

Some Random Person We’ve Never Heard Of Before sent us this photograph from when they and their ex-wife were in Boston for most of last week.  Not sure why this Random Person thought that we would be interested in something that appears to be totally irrelevant and absolutely NOT related to anything having to do with James (Jimmy the Piss Boy) McGibney or members of the so-called McGibney Gang.  But because we totally do not want members of the Aryan Brotherhood’s DVD / Pizza Delivery service showing up on our doorsteps, we shall post it anyways.

While in Boston it also appears that this Random Person was able to obtain their Harvard Business School Executive Education, as well.

Harvard Educated

I gots me a certified Harvard education, too, like Jimmy! And all I gots for my monies was this stupid T-shirt, and a hat, and a coffee mug, and a key chain, and a bumper sticker. But thats more than what James McGibney got for his money! Am I right?

Because Admin Mike went on a “medical” marijuana bender over the weekend, the article that we were originally going to post did not get done.  So in lieu of that we are posting the following article that is written by a GUEST AUTHOR.  Yes, one of you, our teeming MILLIONS of readers, listeners, and supporters, finally decided to get up off his or her fat ass and say, “I can do a better job at this than those idiot Admins at the BV Files!”

This is an article about a lady named Mindy Rolston, whom we have never heard of before.  But whom our GUEST AUTHOR obviously does not like.  So check out the bottom of this post and you will see it.

Attorney Jay Leiderman

Under the heading of If At First You Don’t Succeed, Try Try Again… And Then Try A Second Time… And If That Does Not Work, Certainly Try A Third Time Because (After All) That Won’t Piss Off The Judges In The Court Of Appeals, Right? Ventura, CA attorney Jason (Jay) Leiderman filed yet another Vicodin fueled motion with the Sixth Court of Appeal in San Jose this past Monday demanding – for the third time – that the appeal filed by our American Hero and Honorary Admin of the BV Files Thomas Retzlaff be “denied and dismissed with prejudice.”

Clearly Leiderman forget that his previous TWO ATTEMPTS at getting this appeal dismissed were DENIED.  So what does a person who is NOT a drug addicted Vicodin user do when confronted with something so clearly and obviously frivolous?

They file a motion seeking $5,000 in sanctions against both the attorney and his revenge pornographer / blackmail artist client!!

So what is the lesson we should all learn from this?

Bart Simpson

James McGibney (who we don’t like) claims that he is not an internet stalker who likes to stalk people and harass them and their families.  James McGibney (who we don’t like) is a liar.  How else do you explain this?

McGibney FOIA request_Page_2

This request above for our American’s Heroes military records was received by the US Government on September 9, 2015.

If not to stalk and harass him, what possible reason could McGibney have to be trying to seek out these personal and private records of TR?

McGibney FOIA request_Page_1

Now if someone wasn’t working with the federal authorities on a recent trip to Boston, then how else do you explain them getting a copy of this letter here even before McStupid has?

We guess McGibney did not know that, as a former state and federal law enforcement officer, the military records of TR (and others like him) are ‘flagged’ and an alert gets processed whenever someone makes an inquiry so that the federal authorities keep special track.

As a matter of fact, neither did we here at the BV Files.  But we do wish to tip our hat and offer a word of thanks to Some Random Person We’ve Never Heard Of Before for anonymously sending us an email with these documents and photos.

Oh, and before we forget, remember last week when we told you all about the subpoena that Leiderman sent off to WordPress in an effort to get our and your dox?  Well it seems that some very kind person was nice enough to lend us all – and you all – a hand by filing a Motion to Quash that subpoena.  CHECK IT OUT BELOW!

Isn’t it amazing the kind of quality legal work that comes from a person who has the money to hire an attorney who is NOT a drug addicted user of Vicodin?

on with the show

To give you all some background:  Beaumont, Texas, attorney John Morgan represents revenge pornographer / blackmail artist James McGibney (who we don’t like) in a LOLsuit filed against a whole bunch of random people we’ve never heard of before in Texas, in the 67th District Court of Tarrant County in Fort Worth.  Then in an epic bit of fail, Morgan and McGibney both got hammered by the Fort Worth Court of Appeals in which the judges of that court – in a unanimous decision – stated that McGibney and ViaView, Inc. were GUILTY of violating the Texas Citizen’s Participation Act (the anti-SLAPP law).  They are now on the hook for attorney’s fees of around $300,000 and the defendants are seeking $1 million in sanctions.

American Hero and Honorary Admin of the BV Files, Thomas Retzlaff, decided that he was not going to take any of Morgan’s shit anymore, so he filed a complaint with the State Bar of Texas saying that John Morgan is a drug addicted criminal who abuses his own children and who filed false police reports against his ex-wife.

Apparently the State of Texas was so completely and utterly satisfied with Retzlaff’s credibility and evidence that they immediately decided to file a lawsuit against Morgan seeking to permanently revoke his license to practice law.

Retzlaff, not being satisfied with merely kicking his opponent when he is down, decided to get up onto a chair and jump up and down upon his beaten and unconscious opponent’s head while wearing a pair of steel toed boots.  Seriously.

So he also filed a complaint with the State Bar of Louisiana, where Morgan also is licensed to practice law.  And now the State of Louisiana has decided to get in on the disbarment act, too.  CHECK IT OUT!

LA State Bar letter - 9-10-2015

According to sources close to the investigation (which consist primarily of the voices in our head), Morgan was served with this document on Monday, September 14th at 3 pm.  He has fifteen (15) days to make a response.

Morgan’s disbarment in Louisiana is a done-deal.  Morgan has stepped on the wrong set of toes and now someone with the capabilities to do something about it, has done something about it.

Sorta like what they have done to McGibney and his revenge porn / blackmail company ViaView.

Sorta like what they have done to Paul Gianni, Philip Klein, Rob Holmes, Jay Leiderman, and, now, Evan Stone.  All of these people have one thing in common, and all have been (or shortly will be) utterly destroyed in an economic and personal sense.

Oh well.  Sucks to be you, eh McBitchney?

And now, as promised, here is a brief article written by a GUEST AUTHOR who is one of you, our teeming MILLIONS of readers, listeners, and supporters.

If you have something interesting to provide, by all means please contact us and let us know.  We will be happy to post whatever it is that you have to say (as long as it is interesting and, for the most part, on topic).  Seriously.  We mean it.  We can use your name or, if you want, not use your name.

Pretty cool, eh?  Well be sure to check back as we expect something really cool to be added here as an update in a day or two.  If you see the flashing BREAKING NEWS logo then you will know that something is up and to check here, at the bottom of the article, for whatever it is that we have to say.

Thank you for taking time out of your day to come here and see the Good News!  And remember – no matter how much you think your life sucks, it does not suck as badly as life sucks for James McGibney (who we don’t like) and the fellow members of the McGibney Gang.  Am I right?  Yeah, you know we are!
