According to a recent press release, one of your American Heros & Honorary Admins of the BV Files is facing criminal charges in Phoenix, Arizona, involving yet more false claims made by James McGibney (who we don’t like), his employee Brittany Retzlaff, the Nazi / pedo guy Jason Lee Van Dyke, failed and discredited private investigator Philip Klein, and others.

Recent court filings in the Phoenix case indicate that your American Hero & Honorary Admin of the BV Files, Tom Retzlaff, had been able to hire two separate lawyers to represent him.  According to court records, both attorneys were forced to withdraw and quit the case because of harassment and threats of violence made against them and their families, allegedly by James McGibney (who we don’t like) and those in cahoots with him (commonly referred to as the McGibney Gang).

However, in an extraordinary bit of luck, Mr. Retzlaff has obtained the services of one Rick Miller, who is the Deputy Director of the Maricopa County Legal Defender’s Office.  Mr. Miller has been a Board Certified Criminal Law expert and attorney since 1984.  He is the Number Two man in charge of all of the Public Defenders in Maricopa County, some 150 lawyers and a budget of more than $120 million.

So, please, if you have any information about James McGibney (who we don’t like) and his group of cyber-stalking white supremacist computer hackers, please contact Mr. Miller and share with him anything that you have that you feel might be helpful to the defense.

To be honest, we are sorry that we did not think of doing this long ago when your American Hero & Honorary Admin of the BV Files Joseph “JoJo” Camp found himself in a bit of trouble on account of James McGibney (who we don’t like) and his attorney Jay Leiderman of Ventura, CA, several years ago.  But better late then never, right?

For those of you curious, the below document does a pretty good job in explaining what this case is really about.  Many thanks to your American Hero & Honorary Admin of the BV Files Houston attorney Jeff for getting this to us.
